I can not say enough positive things. This place is built on love and care. The 5 star ratings that you are seeing here are real. It is my believe that Animal Care Hospital of Walnut Creek saved my pet's life. When I took my pet, Roxie, an 11 year old Pitt Bull mix, in about three weeks ago she was injured, becoming lethargic and depressed. Yo! This spot is legit. It was my first time here and all the staff were so welcoming and attentive to my dog, BB. It was like they were already familiar with BB and treated her like their own family. I was able to schedule an appointment and that made the process smooth and quick. I came in to tend a wound on my dogs paw that happened accidentally while going on a stroll. First visit. Got an appointment right away. Wasn't able to get an appt for 2 weeks at our regular vet. Wore mask inside and was able to go in with my dog. Staff are all friendly and professional. Dr. Nakamura and techs explained the diagnosis, treatment and quote. Extremely happy with the service. My dog feels much better already! We'll be going there from now on!!!

After some not so great experiences at the vet I'd been going to near my house, I was looking around online for a new vet for my 2 year old pit bull . Last night I realized his glands were very swollen, so I contacted ACH of WC this morning and explained what was going on. They were able to get us in same day, and were so great with my dog! My cat was recently seen for a big lump on her chin. I was able to book an appointment the same day - other hospitals didn't have availability for at least 3 weeks. Dr. Nakamura was very kind and gentle during my cats physical exam and the entire staff was super welcoming! My cat is all better now and I will definitely be coming back if any of my pets need some TLC!

When one of my dogs got sick, our usual vet didn't have time for us. The email for the emergency vet hospital was taking too long to help us. A friend recommended I call Animal Care Hospital, which is right next to John Muir Hospital. I called and they were so nice. They had time for us and we're so good with my little guy. Their prices are far more reasonable than the last vet we saw. Thank you, ACH!

Dr. Nakamura is so caring! They squeezed me in on a Sunday when my cat had a severe UTI. She took her time going 9ver all the options. Two weeks after our appointment, the UTI came back and it took one email and under an hour i had another prescription for him. Absolutely recommend Dr. Nakamura for all your fur babies!

This clinic is absolutely amazing. I had a feral cat with a debilitating oral condition that needed care immediately. We couldn't find an appointment anywhere in Contra Costa for 2 weeks. Emergency clinic prices were out if the question. A random google search and we found this God send of a place. They took our call at 8pm and offered us an appt the following morning!!! Leading into a holiday weekend, we noticed that our puppy was excessively drooling. I called our regular vet and they weren't able to see him for days, same with many local vets I reached out to. But fortunately I called Animal Care of WC and they let us bring him right in. When we got there, the entire team was super friendly and knowledgeable. I am so thankful they have an urgent care center. They insured us that our puppy had a tooth coming in and he was totally healthy. I would recommend this place for sure! Thank you!
