This clinic is absolutely amazing. I had a feral cat with a debilitating oral condition that needed care immediately. We couldn't find an appointment anywhere in Contra Costa for 2 weeks. Emergency clinic prices were out if the question. A random google search and we found this God send of a place. They took our call at 8pm and offered us an appt the following morning!!! Leading into a holiday weekend, we noticed that our puppy was excessively drooling. I called our regular vet and they weren't able to see him for days, same with many local vets I reached out to. But fortunately I called Animal Care of WC and they let us bring him right in. When we got there, the entire team was super friendly and knowledgeable. I am so thankful they have an urgent care center. They insured us that our puppy had a tooth coming in and he was totally healthy. I would recommend this place for sure! Thank you!

I am very impressed with the level of care my dog Blue Boy received as well as the excellent customer service provided from all of the employees. Everyone there was so nice and friendly....it was such a pleasant surprise considering what I have dealt with at another local vet. My girlfriend and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our recent visit. We adopted a dog a few months ago and needed to get him neutered, as well as get a dental cleaning and tooth extraction for an injured tooth. We had an appointment scheduled with another vet one-month away, but wanted to get our dog treated sooner because we noticed his dislodged tooth was bothering him. Animal Care Hospital really has gone above and beyond for us. Our poor, sweet Blondie was in an incredible amount of pain on Sunday morning, and so we were panicked to try to get her in to see someone. ACH was super responsive and made the point to see her within the hour. We were total emotional wrecks; but Dr. Virndra Garg, Christine and all of the staff were so amazing and made us feel a million times better that Blondie was going to receive excellent care. New facility. Very welcoming and clean. Staff were all very sweet and pleasant. My kitty Luna was well taken care by Dr. Nakamura and her vet tech. FYI : exam fee is only $29 until the end of year.

Very professional and friendly staff. I was able to request a quote via Yelp and got a response back promptly to get same a day appointment. Due to COVID they are doing curbside services which I was fine with. The nurse was very informative and made my visit very pleasant, most of all Dr. Nakamura answered all of my questions and gave me my options for care with my baby girl Mille. Very friendly staff and courteous service! Personally, I would love to be able to go inside with my dog and see what was actually done. Due to Covid, I can understand why they had to meet their clients in the parking lot and take the animals in without their owners. Overall, they were great with my baby pup Goku. I was able to schedule an appointment and take him in the following day granted most places weren't taking any new clients.
