Recommendedthe Dr.s and staff were so understanding about my worries and kept in touch with me for 6 hrs from 5 at night till midnight while I waited in my car...and my phone battery went dead so every half hour to hour someone came out to talk to me..end result... She had injested some pot...such a small amount but that is all it took...but she is fine now.

Our sweet Mango has been to AEH twice in the past week (different reasons both times), these staff have consistently been great! Communication was made during every staff transition, picture updates sent during his overnight stay, and it was evident that he was well cared for. My 2 year old mix rapidly started showing of something being off. Animal Emergency Hospital was able to get him right in, possible toxin diagnosis, kept him overnight and gave exceptional care! They were super communicative and reassuring. Also very reasonable on pricing for 24 hour.

Our 7 yo large dog unexpectedly started having seizures at midnight on a Saturday. We turned to AEH and had the very best customer service and experience throughout a traumatic experience. Thank you so much AEH! We are so grateful. Our dog is home, with his seizures controlled now!

Had a great experience. Staff was friendly and understanding. I live an hour away and liked the online check in. By the time I drove there a vet had been assigned to our dog (Molly). I was able to get her in as soon as I got there. They kept in contact with me regarding my dog while she stayed at their clinic and explained what treatment plan she needed. Had to take my car in on a holiday, the staff was extremely friendly and kind. The vet called me directly to discuss the situation and was very helpful and nice. Overall a very positive experience.

Animal Emergency Hospital is great - the staff are so kind, caring, and helpful. I have had to visit with my 6.5 year old Guinea pig, Charlotte Brontë, for her frequent UTIs, and I’m so grateful that there is a place who can see her and treat her when needed. Especially with an older animal (and one who weighs less than two pounds!) it’s important to get treatment ASAP!
