The staff was extremely kind and kept me updated with Kiyahs test results/progress. When I called with questions/concerns they were very informative and reassuring even after she was discharged. I was very comfortable with my fur baby being in their hands! Highly recommended.

I was so worried. My cat was critically ill. They went out of their way to explain everything in detail, outlined the cost so there were no surprises and then sent me pictures and updates of my boy. The compassion they showed to not only my cat but to me as well was beyond what I expected. I truly believe my cat would not be here today without their quick action (he had a blocked bladder). The professionalism of the people. My dog was sick but still made an impression on the staff. She was treated with the up most care and I think she got spoiled. The staff there are great. The kindness, caring of sick animals, and the gentleness they showed was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hospital to everyone. They saved my girl's life. Our 2 saint Bernards had spay and gastropexy done this week our Molly didn't do so well and when we got her home there was massive bleeding. She was with the people at the AEH for 4 days and 3 nights and they were wonderful! They tolerated this anxious dog mama calling every few hours, even overnight to get updates.
