RecommendedOur kitten landed us in need of medical attention in the middle of the night on Christmas Eve. We were referred to AEH and had a great experience. From the phone calls, to check-in & discharge, everyone we spoke with was helpful and friendly. I never felt rushed or like I was an annoyance. Our kitten is recovering nicely and we’re so thankful AEH was there and open!
RecommendedMy pup needed emergency surgery last week, to have an 18inch stick removed from his throat. Dr.Mallos saved his life during surgery and I couldn't thank her more �

RecommendedThese guys were terrific. We made a 3 a.m. mad dash from Kalamazoo with our dog bleeding internally. They saved his life. They took time to discuss at length what was happening and answer our many questions as he stayed there over the course of the next 3 days. They were incredibly skilled, knowledgeable and responsive. They made us feel good about the attention and care he was receiving while he recovered even sending photos. Thank goodness they were there - I can't say enough good things about this place.

RecommendedThank you to the wonderful staff at AEH for taking great care of Lily. It’s a terrible feeling when your furry family member isn’t well, but I found great comfort knowing she was in wonderful hands. She is already feeling so much better. She has even started to sun bathe and play again. I apologize for any sass she may have given!

RecommendedWe’ve used them 2 or 3 times and each time they were awesome. Our OEB was in yesterday not feeling well and I was concerned how she’d do being around new people and all of the sudden I get a pic from staff and a little message saying how cuddly she is and that they all are loving her. It’s nice to know they are more than just a pt there and the fact they receive top notch care is just that much better. Thank you for always being there for Axel and Tessa.
