Very friendly environment, helpful staff, knowledgeable veterinarians. They always call to follow up on how our dogs are doing. All of this and the prices are very reasonable as well. We've been very happy with the service our dogs have received here.

We have brought both of our dogs to this vet for years now (and spent thousands of dollars here) - so know this isn't a review by a person who's only stopped in once. The vet techs and veterinarians at this facility are WONDERFUL and caring. They are knowledgeable, have a great bedside manner and are professional. Our experience runs the gamut - everything from an emergency to anesthetic teeth cleaning. Love this Doctor. He takes care of all three of our dogs. Two dogs just had surgery...foxtail season plus a pitbull attack. Everyone there is so friendly, they are almost always available when we walk in. His advice care and patience with animals is visible. He will not break your wallet either. He is the most reasonable vet I have found.

I had to update my review because I still love Animal Kind but the wait time during our last visit was excessive and really had me pissed. Lol The front desk staff weren't the two young ladies we love from previous visits. ;-( However, the doctors there are still fantastic and I trust them. Each time we've come with our cat or dog they've been very kind and have not tried to overcharge us for unnecessary treatments or medications. With two animals? It's so appreciated.

I have had many positive experiences with this hospital. My cat had an emergency blockage and the staff treated my cat asap and the facility was clean and modern. Not to mention the staff was very professional and nice. These things matter a lot during an emergency situation! The doctor that performed the surgery for my cat's uti updated and reassured me that everything was ok. I am so happy we found this place. Our 7 month yorkie, Julius, randomly started limping. We were searching for a place that could take him after hours, and another Veterinary Hospital suggested that we give Animal Kind a call. My fiancé all and spoke with a very friendly receptionist who put us in for a last minute appointment. They were very busy when we arrived, but it was a very short wait. Dear Dr. Laurel Frydenborg, Friday 2/17/2017 Susan and I are home now and we are overjoyed that our beloved Tuxedo Cat "Boots" has recovered nicely from his appointment with you today. At home, when Susan is seeing patients for therapy, Boots comes into sessions and offers comfort to the clients. He knows just the right moment to jump up onto their laps to offer support. I've been coming here for about a year with my pup. I've never had a bad experience with any of the vets I've seen. I continue to come back for follow ups because the staff and vets have always been helpful and open to me. Dr. Black has always explained why certain vaccines may not be necessary for my dog considering that she is not kenneled or going to daycare. I really appreciate her taking the time to explain to me why my dog needs something versus something we can skip. Never had to wait long. I can only say good things ... read more

I brought in a very sick kitten that I found the day after Thanksgiving and Dr. Morika Ogawa was great! I was unable to keep the kitten because I had to fly home the next day, but they kept him and gave him the care he needed. I also went through the ASPCA and they paid for everything! I received an update recently, and the kitten is doing much better!
