Our pool was built in 1983 by Sylvan before Anthony joined with Sylvan. I actually got half a dozen estimates before I elected to go with Anthony because I figured they were the safest and their price was pretty competitive. We wanted to upgrade our 20-year-old pool and get something fresher since its tiles aren't around anymore. I called three different companies, but Anthony & Sylvan gave me the best price, and I liked the fellow that I dealt with. He showed us a lot of pictures of different things that we liked. We chose to have an Anthony & Sylvan Pool because I heard great experiences from my friends. We had a Roman pool with a raised spa that goes into it. I really like its shape and how it complements our yard. The spa is my favorite part of the pool and second is the sun shelf. When I was researching 14 years ago, Anthony & Sylvan were the best that I found on the internet so I had them build my pool and now we are renovating with them. The renovation design consultant from them came over and I showed him the stress cracks and other things that needed to be done. He told me that what I was looking at was nothing that needed to be repaired right away. When the salesperson from Anthony & Sylvan came, he gave me the best information and I was happy with how he presented the company's products. I got a diving pool that is 20 by 41 and 8 and a half feet deep. It has a spa on it, a swim-out, and a front deck. It fits in the backyard and was designed very well. I've been wanting to have a pool for three months now. So when a friend of mine gave me Anthony & Sylvan's number, I had them work on my geometric pool. Its quality and workmanship are good. There was one time wherein we had a few days delay because of the weather. But other than that, everything was on time.
I've wanted a pool for 10 years and Anthony & Sylvan was referred through one of my friends. We love that it looks nice and it has its heat and clean lines. The project manager was very good, accessible and got back to me on time. Had a good working relationship with him. He got the project to run smoothly.
Anthony & Sylvan's reputation is very good. Their price was right around where I wanted to spend. I got a geometric pool installed and I like the way it looks. It is all concrete, the coping was really nice. I also like where the steps are because I'm not a swimmer, so I just like to sit on there. They send somebody at my house to keep the chemical levels off they are supposed to be. They're very good with that and it's really not that difficult to do.
