From the Start **** ****** took care of us on the selections and once signed, we had additional communications with ****** ******* and *****, the communications during the renovation process was very responsive and direct. There were 4 crews each specializing in their field.1) Demo 2) Electric 3) Tile and Coping 4) Plaster and final details.All Crews were 10 out of 10 ! thank you to all.

We love our *********************************************** pool! This is our 3rd summer enjoying our pool and spa and it is the best investment we made. They are always quick to answer our concerns. Recently we were having problems with our hot tub and **** **** from A&S came out to help us. He was so knowledgeable and friendly and explained everything clearly! Highly recommend *********************************************** and **** ****!!!

We originally chose Anthony and Sylvan pools because of the lifetime warranty. Last summer I had a pool leak caused by all of the freezing ******* and brutally hot ******* here in *****. **** **** and his team at Anthony and Sylvian. Jumped on it. Redid the parts of the pool affected and have followed up all along the way. I know I am in good hands with **** and he will stick around until the job is done!

******* did a fabulous job helping us with the construction of our pool. We are extremely happy! He was quick to fix a couple of issues that came up and made sure everything was done right. He really got us the pool of our dreams!

I had a small warranty issue and want to take a few moments to call out the exceptional service provided by ******* **********. Once I submitted the ticket through the portal, ********* communication was prompt, clear and consistent. She kept me up to speed and was incredibly responsive the whole time. Warranty claims are never fun for customers, having someone like ******* there made it a much better experience.

Perfect 10. It was great to work with Anthony & Sylvan Pools for our new in-ground pool construction project!!! I can't say enough about how great a job they did! Best client experience you can have when you have an expert like **** ****. **** led my wife and I through the entire process, set reasonable expectations, always gave updates and never lied. Spending money on a pool, **** gave you all options, the pros and cons and let you make the decision best for your situation. Once the final proposal was given and we moved forward, no additional or hidden fees.
