They built my pool and I chose them for service because they know my pool. They are easy to work with. Dorothy, the office manager is great to work with. She is on top of her game. I'd recommend them.
I found out about their service during the original pool construction. I like their contract based pricing and chose them based on my experience from pool construction. I like their exceptional service and that they're customer friendly. The service team is exceptional and they maintain the pool very well and worry free. I'd recommend them.
This is the house I've lived in since I was a kid so the pool was originally put in in 1989. It was an Anthony pool and from 1989 to now, this was the only time we had to put any type of money into the pool for a substantial renovation, new coping or filtration, anything other than normal wear and tear. Anthony & Sylvan Pools built our pool in '85. It's been since such a long time ago. We wanted an inground pool. We looked around and we decided on Anthony & Sylvan. At that time, it was still Sylvan. Since they built the pool, we went back to them automatically for them to refinish it. The coordination was fine. They did the beginning of it in the fall, and then they came back in the spring to do the plaster. They remodeled the coping, the tile and the finish. I like the waterfall they did. This company is excellent.
The staff members from sales to installation and service are excellent. Client friendly and easy to deal with. They kept us informed in a timely manner and answered all of our questions. All services met and exceeded our expectations. We have a beautiful pool and spa to enjoy with family and friends.
Overall it was a precise job. Everything went very professionally and stayed on plan.
They did an excellent job, on schedule, and on time, they just a fine job. Competitive Pricing and the Pool looks great and looks brand new.
