A&S was a great pick for our family. The design, pricing, and expectation were set within a few weeks once we decided to get serious about the idea. My calls and emails were returned promptly and their project management team kept me updated along the way.
We have been using Anthony and Sylvan for weekly service since they built our pool 3 years ago.***** ********** is our service tech and always goes above and beyond to answer questions, diagnose problems and just offer a friendly smile and/or conversation. We are very pleased with his attention to detail.
We had a very good experience with Anthony and Sylvan pools. Our pool was finished one year ago. They really worked with us to get the design and layout we wanted. Their subcontractors did a good job. We wanted tile for the steps and upon installation day we found we didnt have quite enough and ***** ran out with extra tile ASAP and they were able to get that completed without any delay. From design through execution the project managers and contractors were all professional and worked tirelessly to meet an ambitious timeline we requested. The end result is a gorgeous oasis that our entire family has enjoyed since the moment we opened and will continue to enjoy for years to come.
