I've been going to Anthony & Sylvan and I buy pool equipment there. They got a lot of experience in managing a pool correctly. They've had a couple of young good kids in there and they have a positive attitude. If they don't know the answer, they'll go out and find the answer for me. Their store manager, in cooperation with their staff, was acting more of a neighbor than a manager for the last couple of years. And in a lot of ways, I truly believe that he's looking to help with the best interest possible.

I go to Anthony & Sylvan's store to buy stuff or ask for advice and everything was always done satisfactorily.

Anthony & Sylvan built and installed my pool. I also use their retail services and I like the knowledge and helpfulness of their reps. Plus, the communication is done very well. And every time I go there and I have questions, they answer my questions thoroughly and give me resolutions to any problems that I might be having with the pool. I find their information be very useful and I'm very pleased with the level of support I get at their store.

We bought our pool from Anthony & Sylvan. And the guy that runs the store up on Route 9 is extremely knowledgeable about everything about pools. When you ask him, he knows. Everyone there is also wonderful. They do great work and always help me if I have any questions. That's also where I go to check the water and if I have any issues. When I had a problem with the heater, I asked them where the plug is and they told me about it. They tell me anything. They also tell me what I need to do to keep the pool running clean. Anthony & Sylvan put my pool originally. I also go to their store and their reps are very knowledgeable and helpful. Last year, I had algae in the pool and they recommended what to do and it was perfect. I also had a crack in my pool and the guy who fixed it did a fantastic job. I'm always happy and satisfied when I go to Anthony & Sylvan. Their staff is always wonderful.

My parents had an Anthony & Sylvan pool and it was over 30 years ago. And when I decided to get a pool, I went back to them. They built the pool and they also do the opening and closing service for it. The chemicals they put in keep the pool intact. When we open the pool, we've never had any problem and we don't have algae. We're able to start up the pool right away and be able to use it right away, and that's the best thing. I have excellent service from Anthony & Sylvan. They built my concrete pool and I also use them to close and open it. They are very polite when they come to my house. I even read up on how they've become Anthony & Sylvan with the owners. That was interesting, the whole arrangement that I had with them building the pool.

They installed a new pool. It went well. I am very happy with the pool. They were pretty professional, and the quality of work on the pool was very good. The sales/design process was very smooth. This was my first time using this company, and would recommend them!
