New in-ground pool instillation. It went very well. The time frames they set up were all very organized. Jesse, the project manager, made everything go very smoothly and addressed any questions or concerns right away.
I buy my pool chemicals from them. They have the chemicals I need, and I buy them.
They constructed and installed a pool The design was really incredible. We live on a hill and they were able to actually build the pool into the hill. The design is perfect. Overall they were really good about keeping in communications with us. We had a few other issues with the landscape around it but that wasn't due to the company.
I purchase pool chemicals from their retail store in Chantilly, VA. I've been going to this store for years to buy pool chemicals and supplies. They have a good stock of supplies and the staff is very competent and knowledgeable.
Water test done. It went well. They suggested what I would need and I was able to get what I needed there.
Anthony and Sylvan built us a new pool and spa. We are very happy with the product. The workman ship is phenomenal, and their attention to detail shows. Everyone who see it is breath taken. The water falls, decking, and the stonewall are amazing. We had previous landscape work in the back yard and they made sure all of our trees were good! We take out Pool Water there to get it tested. We're in about out of the store in 10 minutes. It's quick and easy.
Pool Supplies. I have had no problems with them and I have been satisfied with their service. I like Sylvan pools, as well. We had a Sylvan pool back in the 90s and our new pool we have now is also a Sylvan Pool.
Built in ground pool with spa. Excellent. Very knowledgeable. Very professional. Our neighbors are building with them now.
