They tested my pool water for free and recommended the chemicals needed to get it perfect. Very well and easy. Their office staff is very helpful and professional. They offer a military discount program.
They installed a 50x20 in ground concrete pool for me. It went well. The sub contractors were good and the project manager did a good job. The quality of work was good except for the gunite (concrete) which was a little sloppy. The whole project only took about 6 weeks. It was a fairly efficient and painless process.
installed/constructed in-ground pool. Fantastic! No construction is perfect, but the quality of this work is unmatched. They constructed a wonderful pool. I've worked with this company before, and I remain pleased with their marksmanship and quality. All personnel I encountered were professional, fun to work with, efficient, prompt, and reliable.
They refinished and refurbished the pool. We have a 35 year old pool and they made it like new It is beautiful. Everything went perfect, no problems at all. We hired them later to install a pool cover. We would use them again and recommend their service. In fact, I wouldn't use any other pool company.
We built the pool with Sylvan over 40 years ago. Then, we had the interior remodeled with them as well. We had a fine experience with the design consultant. Came out and measured everything, told us what to expect, how long it would take, what substance they use and when it would be done. Install new pool. It went excellent. There were a few issues, but they responded to those very well. It was a good experience.
I have used Anthony & Sylvan pools since 2010 when I got my first pool, manly to purchase equipment.They have always been friendly and helpful. However, this past weekend the man assisting me, Josh, went over and above.The shop was quiet when I entered with my issue, and he said as I have time lets take a quick look.I explained the problem, he said what he thought it was and within minutes he stripped the part, showed me the issue and the replacement part. They performed a complete pool installation. Great customer service, great follow through, and great attention to detail. The finished product is great! The technician who came out to train us on the pool did a great job with communicating to us all of the features and operations of the pool.
