Our sales Syan K. was not pushy and we were very impressed with his knowledge and explanations of these triple paned windows. Our installers, ***** and ****, did an exceptional job. We felt very comfortable having them in our home. We are looking forward to all the benefits such as lower electric bills and less outside noise. We greatly recommend Apex Energy Solutions!!
Apex did a wonderful job installing my new windows. From the beginning they went above and beyond explaining the process. The install was without incident and everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and courteous. For the first time I cant hear outside noises and have not had to use the A/C Thanks to the entire team
If there were six stars I would give Apex Energy Solutions six stars. From the very start speaking with Syan K.to today during the final walkthrough with Shane putting on the caps and once again showing us the operation of the windows were awesome. We had a great experience with this company., despite the delays caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. They were responsible, professional, and the price seemed fair. The windows look great!
Our rep Syan is great. He was very patient and answered all our questions quickly & thoroughly. We really could not be happier. Now we feel much safer when any strong storms come our way. It is also amazing how they keep out the sound and heat.
I had a very good experience with Apex Energy Solutions. The old windows in our house were very inefficient and didn't offer much protection in a hurricane. Syan, the sales rep, wasn't pushy, incredibly patient with us and answered all questions we had. We were actually pleasantly surprised by the price as it was less than other quotes we received. Recently had windows replaced with Apex Energy Solutions. The master installer was excellent, in and out within hours and very efficient. The noise reduction was immediate and the air conditioner runs less but the house stays cool. Recent went through the hurricane Ian and the windows were great. No leaks and the noise was greatly reduced, held up great. Very happy making the decision to go with this company.***** *

We love our new Insignia Windows, sold and installed by Apex Energy Solutions The windows have a great energy rating, so we got a rebate check from Oregon Energy Trust for $818 - nice. The total cost was definitely less than we expected, and we already notice smaller energy bills compared to last summer. The windows look great outside and inside. We really feel like we have increased the value of our home.
