I received four estimates from *****, ******** and of course ********. My house has 25 windows that are large custom size. At he time I was also having hardwood floors being installed. The doorbell rang and I thought it was one of the installers, it was a sales rep. I usually never talk to door to door solicitors. After procrastinating for a couple years, we finally dove in and did our due diligence on replacing our windows. After comparing Apex was a clear favorite. Very high-quality window, great presentation and a great value with a great warranty. **** made it very easy for us and we highly recommend them!
The week before Christmas 2023 the windows in our house were replaced. Twenty-three of them. I anticipated this was going to be a difficult thing to get through. It was not. Yes, there was work to it. Moving things out of the way and back into place, but that was about it. The windows have been in for two months now. They look good and work flawlessly. A big shout out to Syan and the rest of the team at Apex. Everything from start to finish was so professional and outstanding. Syan did an amazing job explaining everything about the products and the process. We ended up not only getting all new windows, but also got a leaky door replaced in our garage. Now I wish all of our doors looked and worked as nicely as the one that was replaced. The installation went smooth.
