I have been taking my 9 year old to MVP kids since she was born. My child has very bad asthma and is allergic to just about everything. She has been having really bad breathing and allergy issues for the last few weeks. I took her in and the results showed her breathing was very low. The doctor just gave me another inhaler (which I already had) then told me to just give her that and claritin for 30 days and come back. They are quick to check you in and collect payment. Then you are just left waiting til the end of time to be seen. This is ridiculous and needs to stop. This is not how the medical should be conducted. Soooo irritating!!'

My friend referred me to this facility. Good front desk staff. The doctor's are not kids friendly for a pediatric. Did not even "try" to build rapport with my little one. As soon as he walked in the room, he was strait to business. I also explained to him that my daughter was terrified. During my second visit, same treatment. After my visit, my daughter's symptoms were not getting any better, I called and left a message for him to call back. Going now on two weeks, and no return call. I love Dr. Grassl and came to this practice because she moved to MVP Kids Care from another office. However, I hate the long wait time on the phone every time I call. Today, I had trouble even being put on hold, the phone would just go silent and wouldn't put me on hold, so I redialed a few times. They need to figure out a different telephone system, if they can't handle the call volume in a timely manner.

My daughter (born 2/28/17) was having alot of issues after eating. She was constantly fussy and would not sleep. She would scream for hours after eating and was just miserable. We went to see Dr. Cwik to see if we could find some answers for her constant fussing. I stressed to him that I felt she had an allergy to cows milk as I had done everything I could possibly do up to this point. Been coming to MVP kids care for over a year now for both my kids and never had a problem until today. I followed my pediatrician from another office to here because I love my kids Doctor. However, I will no longer be coming to this practice because of the billing office. The practices here are completely shady and not in good taste. Beware of any charges the office says you owe. I know my insurance coverage pretty well but the office all of a sudden started telling me I owe bogus co-pays and back charges on a well baby visi... read more

I have to say Dr. Broome is an awesome pediatrician. On the other hand the office staff is by far the worst I have ever encountered. They are unable to make an appointment properly, answer phones properly, and get prescriptions to the correct places. Giving them the benefit of the doubt of maybe being short staffed but no I have ran into this on multiple occasions. The only reason I have stayed with this facility is because of Dr. Broome. As of this last appointment I have no choice but to go somewhere else.

After reading all the great reviews I decided that I would call to see if I could get my son established as a new patient since we recently have relocated into the Arizona area. Honestly I used to love this place. Lately its been the worst. If you have a medical question or even want to make an appt and you want an office that either never answers your phone calls or hangs up while you are waiting for someone, then go to this place.....I love the fact that this place is open on Saturdays but when it comes to my children's health and wanting to talk to someone,its a hit or miss.
