This office does not care about patients!!! I called to make an appointment for my son, I asked about a telehealth appointment and was told I could only do that if he had Covid or pending test results, he came home sick from school with rashes all over his body and we tested for Covid, I called back to set up an appointment and spoke with Nicole, Susan Brown, Luz, Beth and Rachel, who all denied me an appointment, I stated he was Covid positive and was really sick, every time I would call they placed me on hold on purpose fo... read more

Scheduled an appointment well in advance for today. I received a voice confirmation and an email confirmation. I show up today and was turned away because they believed my insurance wouldn't cover the appt (a well check). This was discussed at the time when the appointment was scheduled. I had confirmation. The person "in charge" didn't seem to care. I have been with Dr. Broome since 2006. This office is too busy, it appears they just don't care anymore. I don't leave reviews often but this one felt necessary. My son has been sick and there were signs that started to worry me. I brought him to the office two times within one week. If I bring my son back a second time it's because I'm concerned things aren't getting better. At this point I'm expecting further action. At both these appointments my sons oxygen was checked. My major issue is shortly after the second appointment my son ended up at urgent care and then the ER due to his oxygen levels. How does that add up? Feels ... read more

my nephew was seen at this facility three times before being admitted to PCH and at each appointment our complaints about difficulty breathing were ignored and even diagnosed him with an ear infection (when seen at PCH was confirmed to not have one). He was not properly cared for, the doctors rushed out of the room didn't spend time to evaluate my nephew, and the MA lied about my nephews pulse ox being good. We had 2 appointments for different days and and times. First appointment we where 1 hour early and they still took 2 hours to attend our child. Second day we where 20 mins late and they canceled our appointment at the office when we where there. Front desk was a little rude. It's the first time we've been turned away from seeing a doctor or check up for our kids.

Worst place ever. I don't know why I didn't come back to see these reviews. This place should just be closed down. They literally just hire anyone. They question you like you don't know what you're doing as a parent. Went there just to get forms filled out but being questioned about irrelevant things. Staff is so damn rude no proper etiquette at all. Literally all reviews say the same thing. This place needs new management because who allows a office to get the bad. It's just all over the place. This place is horrible. My son went here from 2011-2013. I needed his actual medical records for school and they said he never went there and they have nothing except an chart. They argued with me and said they would call back and never did.

Horrible place to work at. All they do there is talk about you especially management they have favorites, if you don't kiss ass you'll never be anything there. You can go from being someone high to being absolutely NOTHING! You do so much there for such little pay, management sucks. Every stays leaving this place because of how poorly it is! CEO once said " you are all easily replaceable " . That's how you know this place ain't worth it! You gotta be family there to be someone there and so they can treat you with respect.

My daughter went there for her Covid shot, she arrived to the location long before the appointment time and checked in at the desk. The time came and passed for my daughter to get her 3rd covid shot. Waited for 45 minutes just to hear one of the nurses say "no one has seen you yet?" The shot finally happens and we go to speak to someone about the service.
