I have some very mixed reviews. Some Dr's are very great with kids, some I wonder why they are in pediatrics? The PA we saw was clueless as to how to properly diagnose my daughter, she knew no "tricks" to make kids comfortable in an already scary situation. They messed up my kid's VAXX records so I had to contact our past Ped's offices AGAIN so that I could make them another copy. Took my daughter here to get her vaccine, and she was tested terribly. They forced us to make a second appointment, one we certainly won't be keeping.

Absolutely horrible! Once again they don't put my child's shot record in correctly I get a call saying she is behind knowing she isn't I called asked to talk to a manager they give me a supervisor. Doesn't take any responsibility for any of it tells me it's the states fault! Train your staff better! This place has really went to crap! Find a new place because they don't give a crap about our children!

Lesson learned that I would never go back to this place and trust this place for my children's care. I did my best to follow instructions filed paperwork to transfer my children's care to another state, and this office has been delaying my children's need to get care. I had called almost two months now to make sure the records were sent. Where are the hospitality and patient care of this place? Services like this are very disappointing. Been coming here for over a year now, and while there have been bumps... Our experience overall has been good. Today though; it was horrible!!!! We came on time, even a few minutes before, our scheduled 8AM appointment and we waited for an hour and half!!! It was only an appointment for our daughter's four year old vaccines with a nurse, and it took that long to be seen!?!? Waiting a little bit is one thing but an hour and a half is beyond RIDICULOUS. My son is 16 months old. Been bringing him here since birth. Friday morning he has a fever of 102 and symptoms of a cold/ runny nose. So I took him just because I thought 102 was really high. Waited 45 minutes to see a doctor and all I was told once seen is just to wait it out over the weekend and come back Monday. Well now it's Monday, fever hasn't gone away and now my baby is shaking and turning blue/ purple. We first met Dr. Shulski when we had my son and didn't yet have a pediatrician lined up. We loved him and he was funny and very easy going. After about a month I noticed a lump in my sons neck, he referred to it as a swollen lymph node and that it would soon go away. Took my baby there 5 days post birth. I was concerned about him having a tongue tie so I talked to the pediatrician and asked her to evaluate. She looked and said nope it's perfect and told me two things to get to try. Now, three weeks later, he's currently healing from a tongue and lip tie. The Dr. that did the procedure said it was the worst a tongue tie could get. I've taken my kids to this practice for five years. I loved it and have recommended it to so many people. My kids always saw Dr Cwik and he left the practice earlier this year and we've had one negative experience after another since then. Today I had my sons well check. We arrived 5 minutes early for his appointment. I wait in line, check in and have a seat.
