For all medical assistants out there looking for a job I recommend you never apply for this job it is so unprofessional, management is really rude and the overwork does not match the pay!!! I wouldn't have anything nice to say about them.

If I was able to rate this place in the negatives I would. I have worked with kids and of course managements before but the management of this place is beyond horrible. I worked here for about a month and it was constant frustration and constant singling me out. I was told I was constantly slow and that I did do things fast enough and when I asked for an explanation I wouldn't receive one. THE WORST PLACE EVER!! Please DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE! They are always late and unprofessional!! The doctor left me waiting for 40 minutes and then told me two hours into the doctor visit that me and my one year older needed to leave because i didn't want to vaccinate my baby!!!!! Mind you I was there for his skin that looks super severe rashes everywhere and he's in pain from itching and needing her to figure it out and refer me to a dermatologist!!!! -AVONDALE LOCATION- Unprofessional! Unprofessional! After years of going here with my 5 children as happy patients, i have ran into so many "issues" at this office, starting with awful customer service being number one of the main issues, everyone besides the doctors tend to be rude, not very friendly, Unknowledgeable and short with answers. Waiting rooms are always dirty and front staff rarely ever answer the phone. A couple of the doctors are great but the front staff ruins the experience. Sadly we've been here for 2+ years but can no longer take the unprofessionalism.

I have been taking my kids here for the past 5yrs now. An with all this covid stuff going on they should be running like they say over the phone! Went in only because I was told my child needs shots. Well that was WRONG! They said oh he dont need shots! WTH who ever calls should know what they are scheduling for! The manager Jennifer is so unprofessional I would never take my child back here. I called to fix an issue and she took almost 3 weeks to call back.

Careful! Make sure you ask a ton of questions on your bill as they make a lot of mistakes and refuse to explain it to you. We were cash patients so should have been straight forward, however, they played some games and started billing way higher than we were told. They even tacked on a lovely "administration fee" after the appointment (which we had paid in full) and tried to collect on that.

Really disappointing experience from start to finish. I arrived early for a 10am appointment and waited for over an hour with my little one who had a terrible case of the flu and a high fever. About 30 minutes in to our wait, I asked the ladies at the front desk if we might have been forgotten about, they said we were going to be called back after the next two patients.
