If I could give this place a zero star, I would. My daughter was sent home due to pink eye from school at 8 o'clock. I took her early in the morning before 9 o'clock to see the doctor. After 3 HOURS the doctor saw her. It's 5 o'clock and they still have not sent her prescription. No care! They are always trying to bill me extra although I have all my receipts stating I paid for each visit since I pay always before seeing the doctor. This spot is a RipOff! Do yourself a favor and do not come to this location at all!!!!

Went in for the first time to get my son's junior high vaccines. Even though we decided to get them, my wife and I believe in patient and patent choice. . I was sitting in the lobby, filling in my phone number for the 20th time, 3 pages in, when I came to their vaccine policy. If you as a family want to alter,skip any of the vaccines, for personal, or religious or even medical reasons, they don't want your business..

Both my kids started with a fever & runny nose Sunday night. Took them for a same day appointment Tuesday morning, apparently they had the flu. I was told to keep hydrated, Motrin & Tylenol every 4hrs for fevers. They were both in the 103-105 temperatures, called the after hours nurse & both the nurse & Dr Bjornsen made the 105 fever sound like it was something completely normal & nothing to worry about. Doctors are fine. Wait is always long. Multiple times I have had insurance billed for items not performed during well visits. I would go elsewhere.

The lady Jacqueline is very very rude. She was nonch about a mistake THEY made and instead of apologizing and helping fix the problem she spoke to me rude then when I raised my voice to her she played victim and acted as if I done something wrong. And on top of that she cancelled my son appt and hung up in my face when I asked if I could speak to someone else. I have been with MVP kids for over 10 years and the way that they treated me this past Tuesday for my daughter that had a pink eye was blatantly racism, disrespectful and discriminated against. I will not. Never ever recommend MVP kids to anyone that is black. They do not respect us and they feel like they can just always call the authorities when they have dropped the ball on us. Never again. Will I ever recommend anybody to go there.

have been coming here for over 10 years. today I experienced bad service and no knowledge of what there doing . I can't say this about everyone here because Dr. Broom is great. It just that you can't come in the room an hour late and then not knowing my child allergies you give me a diagnosis. Not okay

I worked there a few years ago and I still have nightmares from working for this business. Most of the Doctors were great but some would treat the MA's horribly and would talk to us like we had absolutely no clue what we were doing. I have an emt background but they hired me as an MA, and I've had no MA experience before working there. They gave me a PowerPoint to learn from and then only had a week of hands on training, and it wasn't really training. Refusal of service due to not vaccinating my kids. Parents don't fear questioning what your signing, especially when it comes to what you're putting in your child's body. If we can't get told exactly what is being put in our childrens body we won't do it. They call it "pro vaccines"
