The paint contractor that worked on the bathtubs left the floor of the patio and the front entrance dirty. The patio screen (second time being repaired) was not properly fixed.
Grounds need to be kept cleaner. Trash is continuously overflowing at dumpster area. Dog poop all over grassy areas. People leaving their dining room tables and chairs outside instead of disposing of them properly. I am still awaiting work orders from when I initially moved in. Many outlets in my apartment are not in working condition. The ceiling fan in upstairs bedroom has to stay on at all times because there is no way to turn it off. Transition to the new management company has been uneven at best. There is less staff in the office now. Communication is lacking. The new management site isn’t very user friendly, the app simply doesn’t function. One bright spot remains the maintence staff. Once the office gets around to communicating your request to them, it is completed quickly and done well.
My name is Roger Peralta , i live in apt. 3521 , I ve had a BBQ 3 days ago in the pool area and all the propane gas were empty , I went to the leasing office and they did not have any one available..I spent 20 dollars for a refill one ..unbelievable..
