The vet we saw was only after money. We told her what we thought the issue was but she wouldn’t even consider it and did not look in to it. She went off in a complete different direction. Took our dog to our regular vet the next day and it was indeed what we thought. We paid $800+ at the emergency vet when it was an 80.00 problem. The sad thing is that we almost put our girl down for something that just required an antibiotic. I will NEVER go there again!

After arriving around 7pm, finally being seen around 12am, being done by 12:30am, and having to wait until 3am while their computers updated.... I will never go back. I strongly recommend 1st Pet.

I learned my lesson here. My dog was sick and thought he would get the care he needed at this facility. 6 hours and $1000 later, no answers, no remedies...their advice: "take him to your vet." I will never return.

Horrible staff and horrible service. Brought in my sick dog and waited almost 2 hours then fnally asked how much longer it might be and Was told it would be at least another hour and 1/2. I understand there are emergencies that were more serious but I cannot understand why we couldn't have been told of the wait so we could find another emergency vet (at 11:30pm) rather than just let us sit there worried about our sick dog. They were not even that busy and two of the staff members were especially unprofessional sitting behi... read more
