DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE!!! I was just here. I have a two week old puppy that is about to pass away because of these people! I talked to kassi immediately and she was just rude as can be. My puppy had an accident and we brought her in twice with breathing issue and we were discharged twice. The second time, Amelia, a vet tech, brought our puppy out soon after we brought her in. We voiced our concerns and she argued with us that is something was wrong they would keep our little girl. She told us that this place was one ... read more

I took my dog into this facility with vomiting and diarrhea and a temp of 104, they gave her a dewormer and probiotics and sent her home. She was doing worse so I took her back, they have continued to just give her same dewormer run imaging, ever gave me any updates on those or any updates at all. I called yesterday and waited 7 hours no call came called them vet went home new vet on duty too busy to speak to me meanwhile my dog developed uti. Not even basic care is being given obviously as she hasn’t been taken out to urin... read more

I will start by saying the care my pet received I believe was the best they could do under the circumstances. However.. we were assured by more then one staff member we would get our pets belongings back when we picked up his remains. Care was not taken to ensure this happened. There is no excuse.

Business response:

Kristin, we understand your frustration and will use this feedback to work hard to improve the service we provide our clients and their pets.

They couldn't find anything wrong with my cat and instead of sending him home they ran extensive tests trying to find something wrong and they never did! After a week I had to take him to another vet, and he found that he had a bad infection from all their probing. He never recovered and I lost him.😪

Business response:

Hi Joyce, we are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your cat's visit. We aim to provide the highest quality of care to your furry friend and are saddened that you felt otherwise. After reviewing your pet's medical record, we read multiple communication notes indicating that our Veterinarians held multiple discussions around diagnostic tests and results, procedures, and medical diagnosis over the phone with you. We'd like the opportunity to clear up any confusion around your cat's medical treatment while at our hospi... read more

Not sure what’s going on here but it’s not quality care at all. Communication is non existent. Waiting 3 hours in a parking lot without a clue as to when you will be called to see “the wizard of oz” Save yourself the trip and time and go elsewhere. And they can save their standard “we appreciate patience and understanding” nonsense. There is no excuse for bad customer service.

Business response:

Nicole, we know your time is valuable and we appreciate your feedback about your experience. As a walk-in clinic, emergency cases take priority at times and do cause inevitable delays. We are a high-volume hospital and we do our best to communicate wait time expectations and instruct clients on the curbside service communication protocols. We apologize that our team did not provide clear and reasonable expectations while you waited for your pet to be treated. Your feedback has been shared internally with our leadership tea... read more

My poor dog has been there since 7:50 am and it’s now 3:16 and she still has not been seen by a vet! I understand emergencies but this is unacceptable. She left here in pain and I don’t even know if she’s been given meds. When I call all I hear is due to emergencies and she’s next. Well she’s been next for 5 hours!!

Business response:

Beate Monika, we know your time is valuable and we understand that pet emergencies can be stressful. As a walk-in clinic, and one that has been experiencing an extremely high volume during this pandemic, we cannot always predict the wait time. Emergency cases also take priority at times and do cause inevitable delays. We hope your dog's painful hip is feeling much better.

Very poor experience with this clinic. Inconsistent information given about the condition and treatment provided for my dog. The only thing they did when promised was bill my credit card. Incorrect diagnosis, incorrect prescription provided for my dog. This place will not even be my last resort moving forward.

Business response:

Michele, we are truly sorry to hear you had a negative experience with us. We apologize for any miscommunication that was expressed during your pet's visit. We have shared your comments internally for further discussion with our team.

Please find another place to take your pet if you need emergency care. Had I known the care my dog would receive when he already felt so poorly I would have NEVER left him there. The veterinarians are more versed in sales than pt care and the entire staff is snarky and retaliatory if you choose not to pay for every test and procedure they push. I wouldn’t want any animal in that environment.

I wrote a long post I hope you see it. It’s not that I wouldn’t recommend you but after our long ordeal yesterday my issue is with management.

Business response:

Hi Judy, we are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with our case management. I responded to your other post. Once again, I apologize for any additional stress your wait caused you or your pet.
