Horrible follow up! They want nothing to do with your pet once you leave and they charge overcharge you from what they said it would cost. Will never bring my pets here again!

Lies and misdirection.... this is the place to go if that is what your looking for. I have taken my dog here several times for ear swelling and pain. Every time I speak with them I feel like I am speaking to car sales people. Today I called into to speak with someone about Gunner because his ear swelled up again. Well let's see I brought my dog here a few months back with a swollen leg. We were told that it would be a 5 hour wait and that we would have to wait in our vehicle with my dog. So we did just that while waiting we kept seeing all these other pets being taken right in some were an emergency but others weren't. I went to the Arizona Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care Center to take my suffering dog at 1:30 p.m. yesterday. They asked me to leave my dog because of covid precautions. They told me it would be a 2 hour wait. At 4:39 I called to check up on my dog. They said that they had - had two back to back emergencies and that had set them back but that my dog would be seen next. Well I called at 6:00 pm, 7:30, 8:30 & was told the same thing. I brought my Pug in on 8/2 for a possible UTI. I was told I’d receive a follow up call with results of her urine culture in 3-7 days. I never received a call back. I called them, they couldn’t find her chart. 20 minutes later, they tell me that she needs more medication and that I can either make an appointment with my vet or come back there to get it. Could care less about the health of your animal, only about the money. Told a woman she would need to keep her dog there overnight and pay in full or they would relinquish her rights to her dog. She couldn’t afford entire treatment, but made a hefty payment and they turned her away, causing her dog to die that night. Shame on you!

Wow... ridiculous ... unorganized and slow. Very well trained in sales yet clueless to procedures. Negligent and awful. I would never put my faith in this place if I were you. I would t send my worst enemy for this kinda confusion and lack of professionalism, the last thing anyone needs when a pet is critical is help from you guys.
