I brought my cat in for suspected UTI and explained cost was a concerned from the start. They were able to get us in same day. From front desk, tech to veterinarian, they were top notch. Empathetic, listened to each concern, and did not shame me for having financial issues. They were very clear in the treatment plan suggested and showed me an estimate upon request. I will be going back to them for regular vet care. It's clear these folks put pet care first, which is not always a given in this industry.
I took my cat here after a small health scare and the staff was nothing but kind and compassionate, helping me calm down while also giving me all the information about treatment and future precaution! I truly appreciated the patience of the staff and the quick care for my sweet baby. Thank you so so much!

We recently brought one of our snakes here for treatment. It is difficult to find an exotic vet in the area that takes urgent care appointments. They were professional and handled our snake with confidence. It actually ended up costing a lot less than I was expecting for an urgent care appointment. I would definitely bring my other pets here.

The staff was very friendly, listened to the concerns, and gentile with my Calico Cat. She got a nice treat at the end.

Our experience today with our injured dog was tremendous!! Everything from the kind folks on the phone making the appointment to Andy and Dr. Anderson, everyone gave my dog loving, complete and competent care. Normally a nervous Nellie, she was relaxed and acted comfy with everyone. In my 50 years of going to vets, ARK was by far, the best experience we have ever had.
Took my cat here today for an urgent care appt when my regular vet didn't have any availability. I was honestly very impressed with how clean and quiet it was, and the exam rooms were really nice compared to most vet offices, and I used to work at one. The staff were lovely - from the receptionist, to the veterinary assistant, and the doctor. When my little dog, Tinky, got sick over the weekend and we couldn't get in to my regular vet, I took her to the Ark. From the moment Betty answered the phone with her soothing voice until the time she was seen by Andi and Dr Mroziak, I felt an incredible amount of care and compassion for my little buddy. Very knowledgeable and compassionate group of folks, who were so professional and kind to my family and our senior dog. We came in, in a total panic, because our little girl suddenly lost her balance and had what we thought was a seizure or stroke. She collapsed and couldn't get back up. We called our vet, and they couldn't see her. They recommended ARK, and we called and they could see her in three hours. We really thought she would die before then. I arrived hysterically at Ark Veterinary Hospital carrying in my arms my dying cat. The staff were very helpful, we discussed possible courses of action and decided on what was best for Danny. They were compassionate and understanding, and helped him be at peace. Although the outcome is heartbreaking, he was screaming in pain because of an ongoing disease.
