They refused to give me the results of my cat's test until the vet that saw the cat came back in for her next shift days later. Meanwhile my cat had infectious and treatable diarrhea. This was a 3 pound kitten with severe diarrhea. They didn't care. No one else could be bothered to tell me the results and treat my poor cat. I called 3 times and was placed on hold for 30 minutes until someone finally gave in and told me my cat's diagnosis and said I could pick up antibiotics. Highly recommend if you want to be mansplained on how terrible and stupid of an owner you are for doing your own triage since you couldn't get seen soon enough. Then they do the same.exact.thing for 8 times more than what your local vets will charge you. Support small business, at least they care about you and your animals. BTW, I did not get my feeding plan from "social media". My vet has been breeding for over 30 years and there's liver biopsies to prove you're wrong. Took my cat in for constipation. He was a 15 year old cat and very under weight. Saw Dr. Alexandria Dolzhenko. She examined him very roughly, using way too much pressure on him. She found a mass but continued to examine him very strongly. Then she wanted to do an xray, saw the mass and that his chest/abdomen was filled or filling with fluid. I give this place ZERO STARS, but I was unable to post this review without giving it at least one. That one star is completely undeserved!! Due to their rough handling during examination of My Precious Cat, My Dear Boo, he passed away before his time!!!!!! I won't go into detail because it HURTS TOO MUCH!! But PLEASE! Take it from me-don't EVER go there!!!! You will regret it!! The name of the vet we dealt with is Alexandra Dolzhenko.

Had my gf take my dog here bc she had been drooling excessively and had puked and was also Regurgitating anything she ate. My gf had left her there while they took her to the back. Less then an hour later they called my gf to pick my dog up. She had gotten medicine and whatever treatment they "did" while she was there. The drooling and regurgitating continued. A thousand bucks for respiratory distress. Kept him all day, did all sorts of tests on him: buzzwizzies and screwdonkulees. Even took some fine x-rays. Of course, it's an x-ray, so one dog looks much like any other dog in those things. Just sayin'. Because that's the confidence this place inspires. Ark's response to my initial review is flat out false. We did NOT request that we go to our primary veterinary hospital service for further evaluation. Ark's veterinarian told us this growth was nothing urgent and that we should schedule a dental cleaning with our primary veterinarian and have the growth evaluated at that cleaning. We went to urgent care at Ark because we were worried it was an urgent problem. Ark's veterinarian assured us that it was NOT urgent and offered to do NOTHING about the growth. Please If you love your animals do not bring them here. This place killed my happy healthy 9 month old cat and keep making fake reviews to try and cover up the ones left telling the truth. They gave my cat anesthesia through a cat carrier and admitted they had no idea how much of the drug my cat got and drugged her up some more. I was never notified of anything. My cat was scared and was putting up a fight and instead of calling letting me know what was going on they fed her more drugs and killed her. They rather save their ... read more

Today I took my dog to the animal hospital because there was no vet available to pick up Care since I just moved to Rochester I needed $50 allergy shot $254 later they gave her her allergy shot she didn't need any of the tests but they did them anyways she just needed her shot.
