These guys were great when my dog got sick. Our regular vet couldn't help us and recommended Ark. They got us in quickly and x-rayed our dog, turns out she had eaten a sock and it got stuck. They couldn't do the surgery as soon as we needed, so they recommended us to Green Acres. They called ahead and transferred our records for me so it was a super smooth check in process. Our dog is fine and made a full recovery thanks to the fast work and excellent care of Dr. Poe and the staff here.

I can not express the gratitude we have to the doctors, and staff at Ark. The staff are considerate, compassionate, and make you feel comfortable in times of stress. The doctors at Ark are top notch! Even in times of emergency, they take a holistic approach to care. They will treat the emergency, following up with recommendations on next steps to rule out possible causes, or other possible medical issues suspected. I needed to get my boy Diesel in to see a vet. called our regular vet and they were unable to see him today. They suggested we should take him to one of the urgent cares in the area. I called the ARK urgent care and was able to get an appointment for today 7/5. The service was top notch from the front desk to the veterinarian that saw us. The place is clean , quite and easy to get to. Diesel gave them a 5 paw review. Thank you ARK for taking care of Diesel.

This place is *amazing*. My fur baby buddy and I have made a few phone calls & visits here, and the staff is always SO awesome. They are such a great wonderful team. Helpful, efficient and kind. The receptionists, technicians, and doctors! So very grateful & appreciative to have found this gem.

Earlier this month, I experienced the most horrible situation. I was out of state, and I received a call from my dog's kennel that my dog became acutely sick (four days after drop off), having bloody diarrhea, and had to leave immediately. Recently our 10 year old Cockapoo was attacked by 2 large dogs. Sadie was treated with such compassion and care by all of the staff. They explained everything in detail and were very thorough with all of her follow up visits. Each time we had to drop her off, we knew she was in good hands. had to bring my kitten in as she developed conjunctives, and the vet was absolutely wonderful was down was down on my cats level looking in her eyes and running though everything to figure out what she could have. they beefed up running an eye pressure test to make sure it wasn't uveitis and i was afraid how much it would cost but it ended up being very very reasonable! they put her on a course of antibiotics and my kitten's eye cleared right up! if i could take my cat to the vet i saw that day as her regular vet i 100% woul... read more

Called was able to get my cat in the same day. They took my worries and concerns very serious. They helped me out the best and answered any questions I had. Cats home and on its path to healing.

Went away for work & dog got sick - v lethargic, wldnt eat, terrible diarrhea...Reg vet couldn't get him in on Friday when I got back. Ark did and it was a great visit. Of course more $, but vet talked with me abt being cautious w care and tests on a visit early in the week, but not on a Friday afternoon- I was grateful for her advice.
