Great office team I stopped by without an appointment and Passion was incredibly friendly and happy to make time for me. Her description of the application process and the community was thorough. The icing on the cake was that she was willing to engage in friendly banter with my son who was along for the ride. It makes the complex feel like home already.

Passion was amazing!!! My partner and I walked in and even though Passion was super busy, she still found the time to fit us in and show us a unit we were interested in. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely even more worth considering this property as our new home!

Great Place to be It’s been almost 1 year and we have submitted maintenance requests that are handled quickly and professionally. Great team in office to support and address all concerns. The remodels are a really nice upgrade and we switched to an upgraded unit. Well worth the moving efforts and enjoyable. Exercise room and pool are maintained. Good square footage and a good community of neighbors!

Pretty Good! Resident for 3 years - apartments are generally in good condition and up to date. Other reviews mentioning smells and low sound insulation are definitely true, but the severity depends on where you are in the complex. I’d recommend a top floor unit, and towards the edges of the property. Generally the office staff are responsive and helpful when you can get them on the phone, and maintenance tries to handle requests quickly. The apartments are... (Verified Renter) The apartments are not very sound proof, so I hear my upstairs neighbors, and there are also many people with noisy cars. Also, it is difficult to get enough parking passes for guests.
I loved my... (Verified Renter) I loved my visit with the community. The Manager and Leasing staff was awesome. My husband and I are downsizing and need more space, that is the only reason that we did not read. I was definitely sold on the Professionalism, Kindness and customer engagement that everyone received.
Responsive Management I've lived at Artisan Station for over 3 years with my family of six, and what stands out to me is how responsive the management is to requests and constructive feedback. For one thing, maintenance issues are attended to within a day of submitting requests. Also, in response to a recent community survey, they now have a dedicated person cleaning up litter and other debris...making it the kind of community I want to raise my family in.
