Was helped by a person who answered my call and was given confirmation on how to change the business account number for State Farm for Bill Pay. Since I had never been directed by a company to make the change, I wanted to make sure I was doing it correctly. I always have kind, courteous help whenever I call the Credit Union. That's one of the many reasons we do our banking there.
