I went inside the 53rd and 18th location to withdraw from my savings and get 10.00 in 2 dollar bills to put in a birthday card because the original teller had computer issues she reached out to coworkers and they were able to help her fulfill my request. Prompt service and courteous tellers.

Had some issues with transferring documents, loan officer said that they were blurry even though they were digital copies and in a PDF format. Wanted us to resend multiple time until I wanted an in person meeting, then they became acceptable.
