Super great but I wish that the bankers would wear something nicer than T-shirts. I always trust it when I go into a bank and everyone who works there is dressed in business casual.
The female teller I had was very friendly And efficient with the transaction. I did have two small questions that I did ask her during the transaction and she answered my questions immediately.. nothing but good things to say about this employee, I have interacted with her at the drive-through window as well, and she was just as consistent there as she was at the front counter.

I contact Ascentra before the pandemic and inquire about 1st time home buyer. I was informed that Ascentra does not participate in 1st time home buyer assistance. Fast forward post pandemic, I’m talking with people who have gotten their first home through Ascentra and through a 1st time home buyer assistance. So I’m not really sure what’s going on with Ascentra.
Excellent, fast efficient friendly. Ascenta employees are a great team....
