I contact Ascentra before the pandemic and inquire about 1st time home buyer. I was informed that Ascentra does not participate in 1st time home buyer assistance. Fast forward post pandemic, I’m talking with people who have gotten their first home through Ascentra and through a 1st time home buyer assistance. So I’m not really sure what’s going on with Ascentra.
