Verified Renter I used to give it 5 stars but lately maintance request and getting things fix has been very bad. When the other supervisor was around he will call to see if it got fix otherwise he will come himself to fix it. I know they been short staff but new employees for them have been with attitudes if they come again to “fix” what never was fix in the first place. Also I know residents don’t keep the complex clean like they are suppose to but the cleaning ladies use to come everyday to clean our building to sweep, mop... read more

Poor property management While it being one of the hottest weeks of the summer so far, Ashley apartments AC isn’t working thruout the entire property. I live with my wife and 2 children in this apartment. We called everyone from property manager to maintence managers an no one has a ETA on when the air conditioning will be fixed. No emails was sent out from the property letting anyone know of the issues they are having. The ac has been out since the 20th of June a still no ETA has beeen provided. Verified Renter Rent is too high for all the things that happen while staying there. Parking limited. Pay extra for parking with a sticker. Pay extra if I have a roommate. One bedroom way too high compared to other places. Too many emails about the rules. Seen and liked other places better.

Verified Renter Our family has been in Ashley Apartments since 2015. Our experience here has been mixed over the years. However, overall the staff makes an effort to ensure that you have a positive experience in the community.

Verified Renter after getting approved it was such a hassle to get into the place. Something always came up it seemed like. Move in date switched three times even after making arrangements for these days. After we finally moved in we discovered the apartment has roaches. And also they will be charging utilities based on how many people occupy the apartment for unexpired leases. When my lease expires I will not be renewing it.

Room for improvements Pros: -Close to shopping center. Rent goes up like 7% every year but it’s still affordable for the area. -Spacious apartment, with nice balconies. Some have storage closet too. -Dog poop stations. Free poop bags provided along with multiple disposal stations. -Simple maintenance request system. You call, receive a confirmation number, and they show up randomly. -Open door policy for management during business hours. They are also good at answering phone calls. -Kids play outside safely with no problems.... read more

Verified Renter I’m living with hole in my walls for two weeks now. All my belongings that are normally stored in the closet is sitting out on the floors and I don’t know when repairs will be made. The pipe that has caused this leak is still leaking and mold and mildew is forming to the point where you can smell it. This is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place at all.

Don't do it If you like marijuana users, loud music, trash not in dumpster (by residents), not curbing dogs and too many occupancies in one dwelling. Then Ashley Apartments is perfect for you. I've lived at Ashley Apartments for many years. But when my lease ends I'm through. Each year the quality has significantly declined. The staff is a rotating door of people and management.
