Verified Renter Poor management, quick to raise your rent and slow to repair or replace broken stuff in or around your apartment. The quality of living at Ashley apartments has dropped drastically. You have to endure marijaunna smell from adjoining apartments seeping into your apartment, I will never recommend anyone to rent here

Verified Renter I have mice in my apartment now. I'm calling today to get them removed. I hate mice. I do not understand how I started off with roaches and then ended up with mice. My door has a big slit that was to be replaced in August and still hasn't so that may be the problem. You would think with the parking rules, money for rent, and can't use the gym because I work and it's not open on the weekends ( that's crazy) I can come home to no roaches or mice but that might be asking for too much. SMH

Verified Renter Can't use the work out room on weekends office closed. Need more maintenance people. People without parking pass park anyway. Hard to get a spot if you come home late.

Verified Renter A lot of roaches and bugs and residents not leashing and picking up after their dogs. Also the centralized air isn’t cool enough in the summer, it feels like 72 but it should go down to at least 62.

they will tell you even worth parking pass they don't care don't try to work out nothing I wish I had a read all reviews before picking this development. From day one has been an issue with parking too many cars illegal cars and a development that has nothing about it and they know about it. Hard-working people have parking permits and they will tell you pay it 250.00. they have no consideration please before picking this development read all reviews first this is very important.
Don’t waste your money When I first rented this place it was too late to change my mind, I read the reviews later on after I had gotten the place and I was moving from California , there was no way I could have gotten a place in a short period of time. The are thieves in the compound , do not forget anything for 35 mins outside the apartment , your stuff would be gone , the trash stinks and you have to pay to swim in the pool. Ashley apartments Where should I start well I want to move some where else but the place that I wanted to move to they did have any 2 bedroom available.
