Mrs. Great complex and great area. Parking is directly in front of your place so you only have to walk a couple feet. There is a club house including work out room a pool etc and all utilities are included in the rents price so there aren't any worries about that. Also a 24 hour maintenance service that has everything fixed asap which is great! I love it here!

I totally love Ashley apartment The apartment has a family oriented feel. The living, dining and kitchen spaces trump every other apartment that I have looked at in Prince Georges County. I love it's proximity to major roadways like MD 295, MD 198W and Rt 1. It is within walking distance of major stores like Target, Walmart, Sams Club, Shoppers etc. Although I love Ashley apartments, I would have loved to see the apartment having bigger bathrooms.

Ashley Apartment Review This is a very good place to live in. The rent is all inclusive so you do not have to worry about water and electric bills. What I love most about the apartment is that the living room and kitchen are massive. It is a very quiet place to live in and raise a family. It is close to I295, restaurants and malls. The only drawback is the bathroom which is a little on the small side.

Best First Apartment My husband and I recently got married. They were very accommodating to us when we were planning to move in. The people in the office really seem like they care about the residents. We had a flood from the apartment above us and they had maintenance come in and fix the problem within two days. Cons: The bathroom is a little small, but it's not too hard to make it work.

No place like home...... A great location and easy commute between to major metropolitan area's, surrounded by lots of shopping and dining establishments to choose from. The common areas are well maintained and the exterior of the buildings are constantly being renovated and give a fresh clean look daily. Maintenance issues are responded to with uncanny quickness. Verified Renter Our family’s experience here has been generally positive. The community is mostly quiet and conveniently located. While there are a few areas that could use improvement, overall it has been a comfortable and practical place for our family.

Verified Renter I used to give it 5 stars but lately maintance request and getting things fix has been very bad. When the other supervisor was around he will call to see if it got fix otherwise he will come himself to fix it. I know they been short staff but new employees for them have been with attitudes if they come again to “fix” what never was fix in the first place. Also I know residents don’t keep the complex clean like they are suppose to but the cleaning ladies use to come everyday to clean our building to sweep, mop... read more

Poor property management While it being one of the hottest weeks of the summer so far, Ashley apartments AC isn’t working thruout the entire property. I live with my wife and 2 children in this apartment. We called everyone from property manager to maintence managers an no one has a ETA on when the air conditioning will be fixed. No emails was sent out from the property letting anyone know of the issues they are having. The ac has been out since the 20th of June a still no ETA has beeen provided.
