Love our sales rep Lauren! However due to medical reasons our new box spring and mattress are way too high. Ashley would not exchange 9 in box spring for 4 in box spring. Even tho it is less than 72 hours after delivery. LOVE the mattress tho.

We needed a new mattress. We didn’t even think twice about purchasing from Ashley because of the excellent experience we had last December when we purchased our living room furniture from Lauren at the South Hills location.
