Extremely helpful. I needed to place an order for 3 bedrooms and from the very beginning I was given informed and very professional help from Cherisse Abinanti, the salesperson. Due to a recent fall my 91year old husband had, we needed to replace his swivel, rocker recliner ASAP with a lift chair. Cherisse @ the SHV store was extremely helpful in choosing a small lift chair to fit his Tv room. The chair was white glove delivered in less than 2 weeks. We are quite satisfied.
