Negative 5 stars This places should be closed and all the employees licenses should be pulled. I’ve never had a place waste so much of my time and money for absolutely nothing. The. Schedule an appointment I show up and they refuse to do the services they scheduling saying they can’t do it so why schedule it to begin with just to waste my time off from work or maybe gas.

This place was a joke they dont accept any insurances that us average people are on and as far as financial assistance? You better have 100% credit cause they will NOT work with you but they will sure talk down to you once they know you havent the cash upfront and immediately ��

Customer service sucks. They require new patients to show up 15 min early. My husbands appointment was for 5 my sons 6, we were there at 5:09 (because traffic was crazy). Because my husband didn't have the paperwork filled out they refused to see him even though they made us wait 40 min for my son to be seen anyway. Took our business somewhere else.
If I could give a zero star I would. Only positive part about this place was Michelle the hygienist. I was told I would have my cleaning and fillings for the same day. I go in last Tuesday expecting to get everything done. I prepaid mind you, and I get days off maybe once or twice a month. That doesn't happen originally I was scheduled for noon, when I get the I am told my appointments are not until 2pm. Cool awesome what the heck. Oh and yeah I'm only getting a cleaning down. I had a great dental assistant and dentist. Though the dental assistant that came into help the other was very rude to me and my father. The dental hygienist that came in the room didn’t introduce herself and was very rude as well. I feel that these two individuals need better customer service skills especially in the job they do.
I traveled almost an hour today for my appt. Back the last time i came in i paid over $700 for services that i was in for that day. I paid an additional $400 and something. Told after I got there to be seen I needed $253 right then and there. Did not have it so I was not seen, basically refused services because I didnt have the $253 payment. When the staff called me to confirm my appt they failed to tell me this. So I had wasted gas and time to come to an appt that I was refused services. Not ethically right in my opinion. I... read more
Would give 0 if I could. Pressured into getting new crown, overcharged and downright lies. Was told that I would get my refunds and they even apologized. Call back to see where the refund was and was then told I won't get one they don't have to. Filed a grievance with the insurance company because this company overcharges, And does not follow contract insurance rates. Worst experience, my husband had to go back because the temp crown kept falling out. Never going back. Auburn MA location.
