I was completely disgusted with the care a family member of mine received. Not only were they forty five minutes late on calling him in, because apparently patients time isn't important, the female owner treated them very unfairly, was rude and effected the way they felt about themselves. She seemed irritated by even having to care for them and made it known. I would not recommend this place at all due to the fact that the owner herself had this kind of bedside manner. Shame on you owner.
I do not have dental insurance (too expensive and all I got were cleanings for years). When I needed some dental work last year, I came here and I was very pleased. However, now customer service has declined due to a sharp increase in customers. Yesterday I waited for more than half and hour past my scheduled cleaning, and no one even acknowledge my presence.
