This place is an absolute joke! I wouldn’t recommend coming here to anyone. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My first experience was ridiculous. I made a simple cleaning appointment for 3:30 in the afternoon but when I showed up the day of the appointment, I was informed that my appointment had somehow been pushed back to 4:15. If I could give this place 0 stars I would... my grandmother went here and she isn’t happy with her services. They advertise for money back guarantee, well that’s a lie. We went in to speak to someone & the receptionist started giggling, thinking it was funny. Well it wasn’t.... don’t go here. They’re awful.
They lie. You pay one price and then get charged more at checkout. Rude costumer service at front counter they laugh instead of helping the client...false advertisement of "money back guarantee" DON'T GO HERE IF YOU WANT SERVICE THEY JUSY INTERESTED IN MAKING A BUCK
My only problem with Aspen Dental is their pushing x-rays when totally unnecessary! On my first visit they must have taken 10-15 pictures!! then the next visit took another, then this last visit they said I needed one, but I refused. When I went to pay for the cleaning ($125.10). The receipt said that the next visit would cost $178.20!!! I am assuming the extra is for more x-rays!! I am 75 years old and have taken good care of my teeth and don't need the unnecessary radiation! Guess I will be looking for another dentist!
I work in an assisted living facility, we have a resident who has been coming here for awhile now- they've done all her work. It was made very clear in the beginning of the process that she had $1400 to her name, for the rest of her life as she cannot work any longer and is now in an assisted living home. I was totally impressed by the quality of the upper dentures I picked up yesterday. First, there was a great fit as the uppers fit quite well without any adhesive, they looked as natural as my real teeth. and the gum area looked natural also. I selected the color of the teeth. but as for the color of the gum area, there is only one color to choose from. For the permanent dentures, there are 3 different colors to choose from for the teeth and the fum color. Totally impressed..
I had a wonderful experience on my first visit to Aspen Dental yesterday. I found the staff very thorough, competent, and friendly. Most important, having no dental insurance, I was NOT pushed into having costly treatments that were not necessary for good dental health!
Why would Aspen make my appointment for 1:00pm, instruct me to be there 15 min early for paperwork, then keep the doors locked until 1:15? No apologies either! Had to switch to a practice that was included in my dental insurance coverage, then they insist on doing work I don't want. UGH!!
