My husband went in for an extraction, they charged us twice as much as the quote, because when the "dr" broke his tooth they had to remove fragments! Then they did not irrigate it or clean his mouth when all done. Instead just gave him antibiotics "to be safe" The week before this "dr" told us we do not do the extractions or root canals someone comes in and does them, so we will need to make an apt. for next week. My husband went here to have 2 teeth pulled, they made him pay upfront which was fine but when they got in to do his teeth they refused to do the second tooth because he has an extreme fear of needles and began sweating and shaking. On the way out he stop to get the 257 dollars back from the one they didnt pulled and was told they would send him a check sometime in the next few weeks!! They tell you you owe one thing and get charged another. I have claims since December of last year that haven't even been processed. I had to download the forms myself and conference them with Aspen to figure it out a couple of times already. So disorganized.
Worst place ever...my husband had three appointments and two were the appointments from hell ..we live one hour away..the first one was cancelled because of a equipment malfunction..never received the call that the appointment was cancelled..another trip down the next day....would not even take him back until he paid his co pay..really????? money hungry..down AGAIN to get stitches out was told he had no appointment..Thank God I had the appointment card...once again another mess up with the appointment. I called last Monday asking for an appointment as I need new upper dentures (dog chewed up last ones). The made my appointment for Friday. I had the xrays, hygenist check and dental check. I have 3 tiny cavities in my remaining lower teeth, some gum disease. I was very pleased with my contact with each person there as I am scared of dentists. Staff was friendly, other then that the place is a joke... I will never EVER Go here again, n would Never recommend them to anyone..... there ads are complete lies!!!

Was happy � at first when they were making me feel good by saying all the things I wanted to hear, thing got worse for me into the 6 months after my teeth were pull and time for dentures. I love the people who work here! I went in for my new patient exam towards the end of last month and I had to have an emergency extraction right then and there before continuing. They took care of me from start to finish. I went back today to finish my exam and they treated me just as well as they did that day. They made me feel welcomed and a great atmosphere!
