My mom has a very painful abscessed tooth. Appointment at 9 a.m. and finally after 30 minutes of not opening i called their corporate office and was told they closed for the day. No notice. No email. No phone call. I drove 2 hours on icy roads to get there with my mom crying the whole time. She is in the ER now during a pandemic at 86 years old. NEVER COME HERE. i was seen on an emergency basis and I have insurance. So my total treatment plan was far, far more than most people have on hand at any one time. I wanted to complete treatment for the reason I made the visit and when I didn't want to commit to a line of credit, the office manager became condescending. So I will seek treatment at another office where the staff will actually help you in an emergency without trying to squeeze thousands of dollars out of you on the very first visit.
