This office is not a place I'd recommend. In fact the whole company seems quite bizarre. I've had appointments made that were canceled on me for no apparent reason. I've called about others questions and no one seems to be in the office whenever I called. And then when someone did answer they transfer me to another store. It's just a struggle with this company in general. I'm happy I found another dental care provider in north austin that truly cares for people and the overall oral health of their patients and customers.

They did a deep scaling on me after I just had one done here before just to run up the insurance bill. I just called their office again here on the 20th of November and I have been calling weekly since the 1st of November trying to set a date for work to be done that the predetermination had been approved for over a month. I truly wish I had never heard the name Aspen dental, and I regret walking through their door the very first time. That will go down as one of the 10 biggest mistakes I've ever made in my life.

This establishment is committing insurance fraud through over-billing and deception. I paid for my son's treatment in full as well as a cleaning that is fully covered by insurance and they're still trying to get more money even though I informed them that cleanings are covered 100% from our dental insurance. The office is refusing to give my son the straightening trays that we've already paid for because they want to give him another cleaning to bill us AND our insurance again.
