BUYER BEWARE!! I should have checked the reviews before my visit!! I had stellar service/treatment at the Aspen Dental on Cape Cod, which was why I chose them for my current dental emergency (loose crown). The last appointment of their day, the whole entire office just wanted to leave. I never saw the office manager for over an hour. The dentist gave me a false diagnosis as they wanted/tried to get me to have a costly surgery in their below standard office. The tech was inept and quite clueless as to what she was doing. I still can't forgive the female Indian doctor that acted too good to answer a question after making me wait an hour with oral gel in my mouth. I asked her if I can ask a question after the procedure She laughed and said "what do you think is happening here? You're having surgery in your mouth." Deceptive billing practices. Went in for a cleaning appointment and was told I have to paid first and I do have insurance. Then I have to come back for the 2nd time for the actual cleaning appointment then they asked me to pay again. I told them I already paid and they're like okay you're good togo. Two weeks later, they contacted me and said I still owed money for the cleaning.

The office provided me with a low-ball estimate and failed to get a pre-estimate from my insurance so that I would have an idea as to what was covered and what was not. They told me services were covered that I had to find out the hard way were actually not covered. So, I am left with a bill for over $2000 because they did not do their job. Very shady practices. BEWARE the incompetence of this place!

This office got the nerve to disappear summer 2023 when I had to come in and do a filling. I called them several times and they never answered. Never called me to apologize about disappearing on the day of my appointment. THEN a year later they send me a random bill talking about I owe them money for a cleaning where they poked my mouth 8 times to numb me.
