Went in for a tooth extraction and a deep cleaning. The office provided me with a low-ball estimate and failed to get a pre-estimate from my insurance so that I would have an idea as to what was covered and what was not. They told me services were covered that I had to find out the hard way were actually not covered. So, I am left with a bill for over $2000 because they did not do their job. Very shady practices. BEWARE the incompetence of this place!

This office got the nerve to disappear summer 2023 when I had to come in and do a filling. I called them several times and they never answered. Never called me to apologize about disappearing on the day of my appointment. THEN a year later they send me a random bill talking about I owe them money for a cleaning where they poked my mouth 8 times to numb me. Came here as an intern and the OM and doctor were nice at first, I asked a question during treatment and gave my opinion only because I was curious. She responded back with a negative and rude answer later then offered me a job, once I accepted it they decided to fire me. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE 0/10 !

I'll start off with saying that all of the technicians and receptionists here were very nice to me. However I came here because my filling had come out of my back molar so I had a giant hole in my tooth for over a month that luckily wasn't causing any pain. I told them this when I made the appointment and when I showed up that I was sure I had some other dental work I needed done but I just wanted to get my filling fixed or at least a temporary fix until I could go to my dentist in my home state. This has to be the worst dentist office in the country. Expect an unbelievable amount of pain for the simplest procedure. They'll ask you to come in an 2 hours early just to make you sit in they're chair until the time of the original appointment. Head doctor treats her patients and coworkers like animals. They will numb your entire face aside from the 1 root they're working on. For your own well being, please avoid this terrible place
