Very very poor bedside manor doctor argued with me . My daughter is hearing impaired and vision impaired had a tooth pulled at 9am prescription never called in its 1:00 pm now had to go back to the office doctor screamed at me very unprofessional Never never go here to this location!!!!!!!! I never been treated so bad and the unprofessional doctor arguing with a Patient''s mother before in my life

I was on temporary business assignment in Austin . I broke a piece of a molar leaving a jagged edge. I simply wanted it filed off until I got home. They charged me nearly $200 for an exam then refused to file the edge. Bait &?Switch?

Do not waste your time. Called to book an appointment for a basic cleaning . Even told them that I have braces ..was told that it wouldn't be a problem. But only to first off be given bad directions. Once I did make it in the front desk staff was absolutely amazing... as well as the dental assistant... on the other hand the dentist herself was very unprofessional and rude ! They proceeded to tell me that the hygienist wasn't available to do my cleaning and that I was gonna need my wires removed to get treatment... (which I a... read more

Needed periodontal work done -- had the work completed in Dec. but opted to get a second opinion for the other work recommended. The second quote came in at a fraction of the cost of Aspen's. In addition, the periodontal work was done so poorly, it needed to be redone and wouldn't be covered by insurance. I spoke to the office manager and the corporate office. I received no phone calls from either. Now they're billing me for $350 not covered by insurance for work that had to be performed again. Quality of work and cus... read more

My mom has a very painful abscessed tooth. Appointment at 9 a.m. and finally after 30 minutes of not opening i called their corporate office and was told they closed for the day. No notice. No email. No phone call. I drove 2 hours on icy roads to get there with my mom crying the whole time. She is in the ER now during a pandemic at 86 years old. NEVER COME HERE.
