Do not waste your time. Called to book an appointment for a basic cleaning . Even told them that I have braces ..was told that it wouldn't be a problem. But only to first off be given bad directions. Once I did make it in the front desk staff was absolutely amazing... as well as the dental assistant... on the other hand the dentist herself was very unprofessional and rude ! Needed periodontal work done -- had the work completed in Dec. but opted to get a second opinion for the other work recommended. The second quote came in at a fraction of the cost of Aspen's. In addition, the periodontal work was done so poorly, it needed to be redone and wouldn't be covered by insurance. I spoke to the office manager and the corporate office. My mom has a very painful abscessed tooth. Appointment at 9 a.m. and finally after 30 minutes of not opening i called their corporate office and was told they closed for the day. No notice. No email. i was seen on an emergency basis and I have insurance. So my total treatment plan was far, far more than most people have on hand at any one time. I wanted to complete treatment for the reason I made the visit and when I didn't want to commit to a line of credit, the office manager became condescending. So I will seek treatment at another office where the staff will actually help you in an emergency without trying to squeeze thousands of dollars out of you on the very first visit.
