First of all the dentist never even bothered to look in my mouth. Second of all she insulted me. I paid about $2400. So I asked for a refund because I was not happy with Aspen Dental. They have had 100% moneyback guarantee, but after submitting refund request, I haven’t received a nickel in over 10 weeks now I had someone there try to get with their accounting people to get my money back. I had an appointment today 1/4/2021. I did my ex rays and waited for dentist. she walks in w/o a mask! I was blown away. she ask why was I looking at her? I ask if she was going to put on a mask she says she's been fully vaccinated. the tech hands her a mask and she still didn't put it on. I had mine on! Some of the team was very sweet, but the doctor was dismissive and they don't respect the reason you came in in the first place. If you're looking for a general check up sure, but if you need something specific done, expect to get through tons of time talking about everything but the issue first only to find out they can't really help you anyway
