I called in Aspen Dental off Parmer/I35 having excruciating pain, and the office made arrangements to see me the same day. I was prepared to be told that I needed a lot of work to be done due to a number of reasons, negligence being the biggest one, and that's exactly what I was told by Dr. Aanvi. Sadly, due to my past experience with terrible, rushed and careless male dentists, I was really nervous coming into a new office with no personal referral or reference from anyone. awful scare tactics used! pricing was 3,000/5,000 more than any other dentist for NOT needed procedures I was scared and lied to. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Worse Dental Office in Austin Tx 12901 N. Interstate Hwy 35, I was there yesterday for exam. been calling to get quotes and there's no way I can get through been leaving messages and no call backs at all, Not recommended. I've been calling the 512-568-3498 straight to voicemail.

This place was horrible and had no idea what they were doing. They're going to fix a denture for me and after the guy did what he supposed to do to make it better it hurt more. It took me a long time and a lot of talk to get my money back and they still did not reimburse me in full. It was a horrible experience. I would recommend that nobody ever go there.

I went in with my wife, as we both had pending appointments and upon leaving we spoke with the finance guy about my options. I called numerous times and kept being routed to leave a voicemail, which I did. I waited an hour and called back, finally getting through to someone in the office, just be be told she would leave a note for him to call me back. I waited 2 hours, called back and the answering service person puts me on hold and then comes back on to tell me to leave a voicemail?! What establishment won't answer the phon... read more

I went to Aspen 8 months ago after losing a bridge. They then conned me onto 6500.00 dollars' worth of work including bone graphs that were never done. I went back after a week and told them the temp denture was rubbing and causing a sore. The dentist heard this, turned around and left and the front desk person told me I would have to live with it. Six months later they called and said I was ready for my permeant denture. I was then told I had to pay an additional 400.00 dollars before they would continue. When I ask w... read more

The canned response is not cool from whoever puts that in for all I know it's AI. I still haven't got a refund for the scaling I prepaid for. Let's hope they do one thing right. If not well get ready for the reviews. I imagine the Better Business Bureau would be interested in this. And maybe an attorney if I am not refunded.

TERRIBLE DO NOT GO THERE!!! Please READ. Less than work. Dr. Rodriguez told me my root canals were not long enough to keep my crowns on! LIE!! Mind you this is my 2 FRONT teeth. They fall off every 2-3 months for over 2 years now. Additionally I could not make 2 scaling appts and gave notice only to have her decide that I would not be seen anymore!!!??? WOW this is unethical. Well I got a second opinion from 2 other dentist and it turns out Dr. Rodriguez does not know what she is talking about. She chose the wrong crown ... read more
