This place was horrible and had no idea what they were doing. They're going to fix a denture for me and after the guy did what he supposed to do to make it better it hurt more. It took me a long time and a lot of talk to get my money back and they still did not reimburse me in full. It was a horrible experience. I would recommend that nobody ever go there.

I went in with my wife, as we both had pending appointments and upon leaving we spoke with the finance guy about my options. I called numerous times and kept being routed to leave a voicemail, which I did. I waited an hour and called back, finally getting through to someone in the office, just be be told she would leave a note for him to call me back. I went to Aspen 8 months ago after losing a bridge. They then conned me onto 6500.00 dollars' worth of work including bone graphs that were never done. I went back after a week and told them the temp denture was rubbing and causing a sore. The dentist heard this, turned around and left and the front desk person told me I would have to live with it. The canned response is not cool from whoever puts that in for all I know it's AI. I still haven't got a refund for the scaling I prepaid for. Let's hope they do one thing right. If not well get ready for the reviews. I imagine the Better Business Bureau would be interested in this. And maybe an attorney if I am not refunded.

TERRIBLE DO NOT GO THERE!!! Please READ. Less than work. Dr. Rodriguez told me my root canals were not long enough to keep my crowns on! LIE!! Mind you this is my 2 FRONT teeth. They fall off every 2-3 months for over 2 years now. Additionally I could not make 2 scaling appts and gave notice only to have her decide that I would not be seen anymore!!!??? This office is not a place I'd recommend. In fact the whole company seems quite bizarre. I've had appointments made that were canceled on me for no apparent reason. I've called about others questions and no one seems to be in the office whenever I called. And then when someone did answer they transfer me to another store. It's just a struggle with this company in general. I'm happy I found another dental care provider in north austin that truly cares for people and the overall oral health of their patients and customers.
