Worst dentist ever. They swapped dentists all the time, so there is absolutely no sense that anyone knows who anyone is. I really enjoyed a dentist that was there in early 2013, but when I went back, she was gone. In fact, the entire staff had been replaced. Ok fine, staff changes happen. But every time I went for a visit (had a problem with a crown, needed a root canal), nobody had any idea what I was there for. One of the dentists asked "where did you have the crown done?" Um, HERE! I wish I could give this place less than 1 star. Errrrr.....I did not have a good experience with this office, which makes me sad because I actually did like some of the staff. Unfortunately, I have paid enough money and had enough cruddy service to finally give up. I have been to this dental office before for an emergency filling where I was scheduled and seen right away. HOWEVER, this week I have had a lot of gum bleeding and pain. I tried to book an appointment for this upcoming Friday online and there were a lot of slots open. However, it didn't work for some reason and so I called the dental office to schedule an appointment. This is the worst experience my husband and I have ever had with a dentist. My husband needs quite a bit of work done such as root canals, bridges and even a implant. With every appointment he has had they have been running at least 30 minutes late, sometimes up to 1.5 hrs. I have discussed the issues with the office directly and was told they would not continue however they have, and now I am on a search for a new dentist. they are great ripp off artists my Girl friend went in to get all her teeth pulled and the lady dentist told her to keep the eye teeth she told her no she wanted them all pulled so when it was done the eye teeth were not pulled and the next 5 months she always had bone spears coming out of her gums or maybe they were roots don`t really know .but later she had to have the two top eye teeth removed.and they charged her another 800.00 for that which should have been done from the start .She was told then that her bottom permane... read more

Would you like to be seen as a dollar sign? Would you like to be billed for services the staff clearly said were free? Would you like to have charges appear on a billing that are completely different from the ones you were given at the time of service? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE! The first bad experience I had was I had an appointment that I showed up ten minutes early to and was still not seen by the time I decided to leave 40 minutes after the scheduled time. In the mean time there was a lady who was strug out and drunk and not even a patient (the daughter of a patient) who keep coming in and out of the office to use the rest room that is located in the middle of the lobby.
