This place is a SCAM. First of all, I had dentist appointment back in July at an office that my mom was working at while I was visiting Utah. Everything at that visit had been done-- cleaning, pano/imaging-- it was all billed through my insurance. I've been desperately trying to get my wisdom teeth taken out, and Aspen was one of the only places that had any availability and took my insurance. This location added service without my consent and I had to pay for unexpected charge because of it. Additonally, their financial person who seemed very unprofessional and explained my expense looking at a a wrong dental plan, and provided me with wrong information again even the right plan was found. I had to contact the location in the hope to get my extra/unnecessary payment refunded but they chose to ignore after me reaching out a couple times. Overall, this palce is very unreliable. I wish there were negative star rating, one is to high of a rating. I should have walked out when I saw a TV in the lobby (Judge Judy nevertheless). First, don't trust them. I needed a full mouth set of dentures and extractions plus I was going also with implants. There general dentist saw me, did X-rays, showed me the X-rays and where he was going to place screws. I saw another doctor at a private practice and was told I would need to see an oral surgeon due having very compromised jaw bones due to years of Perio disease. S... read more

The office feels dirty and has a very sketchy vibe. They shuffle you back and forth between staff so frequently it feels like you are on an assembly line. It was also a big waste of time leave work and travel there just to have them go over "financials" with me about how a dental cleaning was actually going to cost over $80 even though my insurance company said the copay would be $10. That seems like something that could be done over the phone so I wouldn't have to take the afternoon off work.

What a terrible place! You setup an appointment thinking that you will get your teeth cleaned. Not at all, the first appointment is for a consultation and a sit down to discuss financials. Why the hell would someone come to the dentist for a consultation without a cleaning. I am not taking another day to make an appointment to come back. What a waste of time. If I make another dental appointment, it will be at another company. What a joke.

I think that Aspen Dental has a policy of high pressure sales especially on the $2300. Deep cleaning In my case I had already had it done but despite that the sales were high pressure and well I don't trust these people they just don't tell it straight these people are way over due for a class action lawsuit the 2012 lawsuit only had 12 people but with 1000 current locations there has to be a minimum of 50,000 people who deserve money for unnecessary work done by Aspen! it kind of like Johnson and Johnson who knew there was ... read more

So I went in to have a tooth removed and the doctor was very disrespectful towards me cuz I wasn't numb up enough and started pulling on my tooth when I told her to stop she started getting more angry at me cuz she said I should feel and pain only pressure and the referred me to another place and they actually numb me up and cut out my tooth and the when I asked if I can have my payment back cuz they couldn't get the tooth out they lied and said it would go as a credit to the other place and when I got to the other doctor of... read more

Worst Dentist Experience of my life!!!!!!!!!!! It says on the website they help people with anxiety, but when i went in they didnt let my support person come with me for the starter stuff , they forgot to get her during my exam, they acted like i was so fragile the whole time making me feel worst. then the person who took my x-ray did not seem to understand i had bells palsy and couldn't life my lip that way, then the dr came in and she told me nothing about my teeth just that with that high of anxiety she cant help me and t... read more

This was the worst experience ever in my adult life at a dentist , first everyone was young and unexperienced . I had a tooth removed and they left part of it in my gums. I had a partial made and it took two months to get it and the employee lied to her manager about it.
