Worst Dentist Experience of my life!!!!!!!!!!! It says on the website they help people with anxiety, but when i went in they didnt let my support person come with me for the starter stuff , they forgot to get her during my exam, they acted like i was so fragile the whole time making me feel worst. then the person who took my x-ray did not seem to understand i had bells palsy and couldn't life my lip that way, then the dr came in and she told me nothing about my teeth just that with that high of anxiety she cant help me and t... read more

This was the worst experience ever in my adult life at a dentist , first everyone was young and unexperienced . I had a tooth removed and they left part of it in my gums. I had a partial made and it took two months to get it and the employee lied to her manager about it. My family has bad experiences also and my wife was told to go to another dentist because she complained about her appointment for a repair of the tooth they previously fixed and they just wanted to x ray it and have her come back another day. Staff was great got me in very fast. But they failed to acquire the proper documentation from previous dental visits with my old dentist, it didn't care, so my dental provider will not cover the 597 dollars extra. Since they only cover the heavy cleaning once a year. They offered to take off 200 and I offered to never come back in the door again. Needless to say this was their fault but they still say I owe them money. Find a local dentist not these Walmart dentists that just want their money when they mess up.

This is a strange way to run a business. The place is fine, the people are fine, the treatment is fine. The problem is with the billing. My wife was in there 16 June 2021, had some work done. The bill comes to us for $397.60. The three columns on the bill that report on what the insurance pays are all zeros. Hey - I pay for dental insurance every month, and it covers =nothing=?! As a younger patient they defiantly took advantage of me, while providing services they were not required too without consent and just blindside me with the bill later. I also got my wisdom teeth out here and they tried to charge me for more time then I needed and ended up getting. This type of con man service is getting to be too much. It do not recommend them at all. They are terrible !!

Horrible. Tanasbourne location. Made me a set of dentures that were very bad. After 2 wax try ins, the dentist told me they weren't going to do anything further for me so basically, take 'em or leave 'em. She was arguing with me while I was pointing out what could be fixed to make them right. I have worn dentures for over 30 years and have been through the process many times. Has cleanliness issues, a technician that didn't follow COVID guidelines. When I spoke to their management, they said she'd been there several years and it wasn't like her. I suggested they go replay any surveillance or camera footage. It was clear, she didn't believe it

The worst the absolute worst waste of time and money these people have no idea what they are doing. i could go on but its not worth my time. Please do not come to this office its been a shitshow every time!! I wish we never came here my husband has been through hell with these people. Liars all of them. They WILL try to rip you off.
