This is the worst Dental Clinic I have ever been to. I had a horrible experience. Please read. 1. This is the worst part. The 'manager' coaxed me to get 4 extractions instead of the only 1 that I needed. When I told him I can just get the two on right side removed he said 'dentists usually do the top or bottom' which was totally false. DO NOT GO HERE! Dr. Shah is a crook. They misrepresent procedures, insurance estimations, and how they apply payments... All while you're suffering in pain. They will say your bill is zeroed out in person and give you a refund, then send you a bill in the bill to take money back. Their accountants are slow and lazy when it comes to dealing with insurers. They will charge you for something you both agreed to return and then they will illegally keep the insurance benefit. They are being reported to the BBB and Attorney General... read more

Worst dental experience of my life. I left crying, not because the pain but because they were unprofessional and mean. Really mean, I'm not just whining about a visit that I just didn't like, they treated me like I was garbage and my dentist hurt me repeatedly even after I told her over and over that it hurt. I had an appointment for a standard 6 months cleaning and exam. The receptionist told me it would cost $193.00. I told her I have preventative insurance and it should be 100% covered and she just looked at the computer and said "It's telling me it's $193.00"? She was completely clueless. Every other dentist I have visited would look up the insurance and explain how it is or is not covered. Let me start by stating that I have a real phobia when it comes to dentists. The reason why I have a phobia is because of dentists such as the people at Aspen Dental in Beaverton. I scheduled an appointment with them because I was in tremendous pain with an exposed nerve on a tooth that had crumbled. When I found MY dentist 24 years ago I was SO happy because I had been to Willamette Dental and had a horrible experience! I have used the same amazing dentist (I wont name him because it's already hard enough to get an appointment and don't want him to get so busy I can never get in...... sorry) for over 2 decades!!!! They tried to sell me a tooth brush "Yeah, we just include the tooth brush for you", but when I declined the price for service dropped $150 or something. They canceled my cleaning appointment 3 times. When I called in to schedule an appointment the kid said we can do this date so i agreed then he changed it 3 times before i actually was setup. Please read Friends of Beaverton area, NEVER EVER go to Aspen Dental situated on NW Town Center Drive, Beaverton. They are liars and unprofessionals! They are going to charge you a LOT OF MONEY and say that you need treatment that you DON'T really need! They are going to screw up your teeth IN PURPOSE and you are going to stay in pain for weeks in a row. I wish I had read these reviews before taking my 85 yo mother to them today. I wouldn't take ANYONE, if I cared about them or not, to this horrific hell hole they try to pass off as a dentist office.
