My first visit here I scheduled a cleaning over the phone, and was very specific on what I wanted done. When I arrived, everything as far as X-rays went like usual, and then once I got into the chair and had my exam, I was told that I would need to come back for two deep cleanings. (Keep in mind, i use a Phillips sonicare toothbrush twice a day, I don't need a "deep" cleaning). The office manager hung up on me. They lied to me about the price of new crown!#!# horrible dentist run!
I would give them a minus 5 if that were an option. I have never been to a dental clinic that was run as poorly as this place. Stay away at all costs! They said the x-ray and initial exam would be free and they tried to charge us $83 for doing absolutely NOTHING. The "dentist" was rude and said they would make the denture we wanted but it wouldn't be any better than what we had, so we decided to leave.
