Terrible place! I’ve had 3 family members who’ve traveled to go there with appointments on more than one occasion. They never do any dental work. All they do is reschedule an give a big list of stuff that needs to be done at outrageous prices! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place! Beckley WV was the location.

The xray tech was nice, the receptionist was nice. The woman doing the financing and the dentist, not so much. After waiting 2 hours for the dentist, she came in and in less then a minute dismissed me to the financial clerk. When I asked if I am in any danger because of the pain I was having in my jaw and ear, she scoffed at me. The dentist asked if i was taking an antibiotic and i told her yes, but that it was a refrigerated liquid that is excruciating to take right now and I asked for a pill prescription. All about money, not service. They allow interns and in-training “dentist” to work on you, without your consent or knowledge. Only found out after the fact when my fillings started falling out after 3 days. They fixed the ones that fell out but won’t do anything about the others until they fall out🤦🏻♀️

I have been an Aspen Dental patient for over a year now, as well as my husband. We have always made it to every appt as scheduled. The day before my appt I confirmed my appt online as I always do. I was 20 mins late for my appt due to driving for over an hour in the rain. The receptionist was on the phone when I went and signed in and she later finally came to me and my husband regarding appt. she asked if we had confirmed our appt. Went in for a checkup and cleaning. Never did get my cleaning. Was told I need antibiotic injections in my gums before I could get a cleaning. Was offered different methods of payment even though I explained SEVERAL times that I already have medical bills and CANNOT take on another. I was then told that the office would get in trouble if I did not have this done. WOW!!! That is a bunch of bull if I ever heard it. I will never go here again. people are rude and nothing was done about my tooth hurting and I was there for 3 hours getting poked and messing with them. I have insurance the lady named Megan couldn't figure it out I didn't even get the fluoride and stuff I was suppose to get before I left. Megan was very rude to me and treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about and kept pushing me to finance when I knew I had insurance. still in a lot of pain and they act like they didn't care. never again will I go back

This place is a chain it’s an assembly line. Beware they care about getting your money not fixing your teeth or your pain. I’m $3000 in and in more pain than I went to begin with they said they could fix my tooth only to end up pulling it like I asked to have done the first day charge me 3000 dollars and I lost the tooth anyway and now want more money for a bridge and my mouth and jaw hurt so bad I literally cry everyday!!
