no work done and now 20 days waiting for my refund. so are you all planning on refunding my money for the work you did not do or are you continuing to hold onto it? 20 days. I'm still trying to get my teeth fixed and need the refund to go to a better office. you shouldnt have lied to me to get me to pay in the first place. then told 12 days for a refund and it has been 20. 20 days.

They make you feel hopeless. If you don’t have thousands of dollars. They need to shut it down.
They charge you to much and are very slow. I had to call an oral surgeon myself before they would send a federal don't go to these people.
Offered me no relief from pain and told me they could not help me today. Dentist was rude, never introduced herself. Did not explain anything to me. I did not even know she was the dentist until I asked. Other Aspen Dental offices have been great but this one sucks!!!

This place is the most unprofessional and inconsiderate place I’ve ever been to. I do no recommend this place. I wouldn’t bring my dog to this place. They took 3 x as long as they said it would take and even lost impressions.

After waiting for an hour with an appointment and seeing 4 patients who arrived after I get taken back I read the reviews. I requested my paperwork and the receptionist said she was just putting me in the system. I again asked for my paperwork and left. Beckley WV office.
Had 19 teeth pulled and dentures made in Feb, they keep you running back for liners every month. Any problems you tell them about they say they will fix it but haven't yet. Teeth look good but fit is horrible still. Miss work and show up today for my apt. and find a sign on the door that they are closed. Well thanks for not calling me to cancel my apt. and knocking me out of work today! Very bad customer service! This makes twice i have made the trip only to find the office closed.
