Rude unprofessional, didn’t have any information regarding my chart over the last year! Argued that I was lying about it ( had to show emails proving my point) then tried to give me the same treatment from the appointment before! This place is a money racket!!!!!! Dont support a business like this!

Very unprofessional. Called and was told to come in on a certain day and 1:30. Got there at 1:25, was told they weren’t taking any more patients that day. Very rude. Would not recommend.

I went to Aspen dental for a tooth extraction. They quoted me a price which I paid in full up front. Months later I started receiving bills from them for $55. I spoke to the billing office for several months in a row and she told me to just disregard. They turned it over to a billing agency. Beware!
They literally ignored the entire reason I came. Kept trying to sell me stuff that was irrelevant to my problem. Was supposed to call me back and never did. The worst and most unprofessional place I’ve ever been. I made an appointment elsewhere the evening after going here.

I have called over 20 times to dispute a bill in collections in the last few weeks. I paid my portion of my bill in full and in advance before ever visiting the office this past December. A few months later, I received a bill as it was clearly noted i paid in advance. I called and was told then to ignore that bill. Received another a few weeks later and I was told the same thing. "Ignore that we're sorry. I see you're paid in full. You can throw that away. It's your insurance company's fault." Now I see that I am in collecti... read more
